Here is how everything works. We keep it simple.

Members who secured a founding rate keep it while their membership remains active and in good standing. If you cancel and later rejoin, the then current rates will apply.
To keep your founding rate, your membership must renew for the same term length as your original commitment. After your initial commitment period, your membership will automatically recommit for the same term length at your locked founding rate.
Standard Cancellation (Direct Bookings):
Waitlist Bookings:
No-Show Policy:
Note: If you're auto-added from the waitlist more than 1 hour before class, remove yourself if you cannot attend to avoid fees. Auto-fill only occurs when there's more than 1 hour until class start.
Memberships bill monthly until you cancel. Regular memberships may convert to month-to-month after any initial commitment. Legacy founding memberships automatically recommit for the same term length to maintain their locked rate.
You can cancel at any time using any method listed in How to Cancel, but you must provide 30 days notice before your term end date to avoid automatic recommitment. We will send advance reminders before your term renews.
You may cancel your first purchase without penalty before midnight of the third business day after the date of purchase. Email a signed notice to hello@parkpilatesclub.com or mail it to Park Pilates Club LLC, 312 S 2000 W, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062. We will refund all amounts paid, less the reasonable value of any services you used before cancellation.
You can cancel in any of these ways:
Your cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period unless your plan terms state otherwise.
