The Park Pilates was born from a simple idea: busy parents deserve a workout that delivers real results in 45 minutes — without the 30-minute commute.

Meet Your Founder
After my son was born, I struggled to find a workout that actually fit my life. I needed something intense enough to see results, gentle enough on my postpartum body, and short enough to squeeze into nap time.
When I discovered high-intensity reformer Pilates, everything changed. I fell in love with my body again — not because of how it looked, but because of what it could do. In 45 minutes, I felt stronger, more confident, and more like me than I had in months.
But the nearest studio was a 30-minute drive. So I got certified, studied under the best, and built The Park right here in Pleasant Grove — for parents like me who refuse to choose between their fitness and their family.

The Science Behind The Park
Every class at The Park is backed by exercise science — not guesswork. That's where Dillen comes in. With a bachelor's degree in exercise science, he designs every workout program to maximize results in minimum time.
Our ParkCore method isn't random. Each class is carefully programmed with progressive overload, targeted muscle group rotations, and time-under-tension principles that have been proven to build lean muscle and torch calories — even 24 hours after class.
Together, Alayna and Dillen combined their expertise to create something special: a studio where certified instruction meets evidence-based programming, all wrapped in a community that celebrates every win.
