Reformer Pilates · Provo, UT
Provo's High-Intensity
Reformer Pilates Studio
BYU students, downtown professionals, and young families come north for a Park routine that feels stronger, more personal, and more design-forward.
Why Provo drives to The Park
The short drive buys a better class
From downtown Provo to campus, Park members make the drive for a club atmosphere, thoughtful coaching, and weekend recovery.
ParkCore: hard, low-impact, 45 minutes
A genuinely high-intensity reformer format that builds strength without pounding your joints — in and out in 45 minutes.
Capped at 8 reformers
Small classes mean a coach who actually sees you and corrects your form every class — not a 30-person room.
Signature + Recovery weekends
Weekend bookings pair ParkCore work with a sound bath recovery reset you'll plan your week around.
Mornings, evenings, real life
6am and 7am classes before the commute, evening sessions after work, and a 9am that fits school drop-off.
Class types include Signature, Core, Glute Camp, Upper Body Sculpt, Signature + Recovery — each a 45-minute ParkCore session, beginner-friendly with real coaching.

What it feels like to train here
What makes this studio special will always be the people inside it. The members who bring the energy, support each other, and make this space feel like home.
On the fence? Just book“When signing up for the membership I knew I was taking a chance on something I hardly knew anything about and I am SO happy I did. I'm OBSESSED with this studio. The vibe is immaculate and the instructors are so encouraging. Every class challenges you in a different way but it is also so much fun. I actually look forward to working out and I can't wait to go back! If you're on the fence—just book the class. Your future self will thank you.”
