These are the measurements that matter for placement and movement around the machine. If the 9 ft 2 in footprint will not fit, use the contact form to ask whether the smaller Carriage X is appropriate for your room.
Machine footprint
9 ft 2 in × 2 ft 2 in
The assembled length and widest point of Carriage One.
Room planning
Start with the footprint
Add only the side clearance you need to step onto the carriage and move comfortably.
Tallest point
2 ft 10 in
Floor to the top of the rear bar, useful for storage and sightline planning.
Three-year frame warranty
The structural frame is covered for three years. Component coverage is documented separately so the frame warranty is never mistaken for blanket machine coverage.
Written component terms
Your order documents state the coverage period, exclusions, and replacement path for springs, cables, pulleys, straps, upholstery, and other replaceable components.
Local wear-part support
Common replacement wear parts are stocked locally. Local availability does not mean every wear item is a free warranty replacement; your written component terms make that distinction clear.
Included shipping and production timeline
Machine shipping within Utah is included in the package price. Allow 10 weeks for production, followed by approximately 30 days for shipping. The Park team confirms your order timeline before fulfillment.
Optional local delivery and setup
Included shipping is separate from the optional $300 Northern Utah in-home delivery and installation service. If you choose that service, your order confirmation includes a fixed installation date or narrow delivery window.
Park Anywhere pairs your carriage with coach-led, on-demand reformer Pilates. Choose a class, follow every setup and spring change, and train whenever it fits your day.
Choose by time, focus, or intensity in the Park app on your phone or tablet.
Every workout includes machine setup, spring cues, body position, tempo, and easier or harder options.
Start whenever it fits, pause when you need to, and return to favorites anytime.
No machine experience required. Lifetime class access and future additions are included with the Park Anywhere Package.
The Park slows down familiar strength movements and keeps the springs engaged. Your muscles do the work instead of momentum, while the workout stays low impact.
A controlled tempo removes momentum, so the target muscle works through the full movement.
The moving carriage and springs keep the muscle working from the start of each rep to the finish.
Every class trains your core, legs, glutes, obliques, back, shoulders, and arms.
Spring resistance creates high effort without the repetitive pounding of jumping or running.
The Park includes more than 200 active movements. Expect familiar strength patterns made harder by a moving carriage, spring resistance, and slow tempo.
Build core strength and control while the carriage moves beneath you.
Plank to Pike / Knee Strap Crunch / Mountain Climbers
Use the carriage and platforms to load familiar lower-body patterns with constant resistance.
Platform Lunge / Carriage Lunge / Heavy Squat
Train your side body through twisting, resisting rotation, and controlled movement.
Oblique Sweep / Torso Twist
Use straps and spring tension to train the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps.
Bicep Curl / Chest Expansion / Hug a Tree
Every format trains the full body. The focus tells you where the class spends more time.
Full body
A balanced 45-minute class that moves through core, lower body, obliques, and upper body. Start here when you want the complete workout from The Park.
Real reviews from our Pleasant Grove studio
“I have loved working out for many years and at the end of 2025 was looking for a way to switch up my workout routine. I stumbled upon The Park and joining this studio has been the best decision I could have made for my health both physical and mental. The instructors are incredible and so motivating, the studio has the best reformers, and I feel challenged every time I walk through those doors. The investment is worth it more than I could have ever imagined and I'm forever grateful I found The Park!”
