Plan your visit

  1. Explore the two-week intro and current membership options, then choose a class on the live schedule.
  2. Arrive 10–15 minutes early so your instructor can introduce you to the reformer and help you get set up.
  3. Bring water and grip socks. Wear comfortable workout clothes that let you move; shoes stay off the reformers.
  4. Tell your instructor it is your first visit. Ask for a modification whenever you need one, and work at a pace you can control.

What is ParkCore reformer Pilates?

ParkCore is The Park's high-intensity, low-impact reformer workout. Springs and a sliding carriage create resistance while slow, controlled movements challenge strength, stability, and core control. Classes last 45 minutes and are capped at eight reformers. Low impact describes the movement; the workout can still feel challenging.

Can I take class if I have never done Pilates?

Yes. Every class accommodates different experience levels, and instructors offer modifications and progressions. Let your coach know you are new before class begins. You do not need to match another member's spring settings or range of motion. Focus on learning the setup and moving with control.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes you can move in and bring water. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene; the studio sells them if you need a pair. Arriving 10–15 minutes early gives you time to meet your instructor and get familiar with the equipment without rushing.

Which class should I choose?

Signature is the full-body ParkCore class. Core, Glute Camp, and Upper Body Sculpt focus the work on different areas. Weekend Signature + Recovery combines 30 minutes of strength work with a 15-minute sound bath finish. Read the class description and choose a time you can return to consistently. Ask the studio if you want help choosing.

When does my two-week intro start?

Your two-week intro starts at your first class check-in, rather than the day you buy it. The intro page shows the current price and included class access. You can choose an offer first, then book the class that fits your week. Check the published offer details before purchasing.

What if the class I want is full?

Join the waitlist. Full classes can reopen when bookings change, so check your notifications and the live schedule. Availability changes throughout the week; a full class is not a guarantee that a spot will open. If you need a confirmed time, look for another class with an available reformer.
